We are honored to craft for you one of our pieces, and hope that you and your family will
enjoy it for many years to come. Due to the volume of requests, however, we must work
on projects in the order they are received.
We will make every attempt to keep you updated on the time-line regarding your order.

If you have found an item that you would like to purchase from our
catalog, please C ontact U s - Include item name, desired wood type, and
any preferred stain colors, and we will respond promptly to confirm your
order.

Although we maintain a stock of our catalog items, in the event we are out
of that particular item, it will be made to order for you.

All deliveries for non-custom pieces are shipped as soon as possible -
usually within two (2) weeks.

If you are interested in a custom designed piece, or would like to modify a
piece from our catalog, please see the Custom Orders page and follow the
directions there.

Please refer to the paperwork that will accompany your piece for details of
our item numbering system. If, in the future, you wish to have something
made to match it, we will easily be able to do so.

We pride ourselves with our Shipping Department, which endeavors to
ensure that your purchase arrives to you in the same condition that it left
our facility. We spend the extra time protecting and insulating our pieces
so that they will reach you exactly as they left us.
